🔥 Home Full Body Workout 🔥
Here’s a 45 minute HITT circuit to set you up for the weekend. With little or no breaks this is a great cardio session.
The Circuit is performed in a ladder format. You’ll start with 4 reps of each exercise, then 6, 8,10, 12. And then back down to 10, 8, 6, 4. That’s 9 rounds with little or no breaks if you can.

3️⃣ Bicep Curl
4️⃣ Renegade Row
5️⃣ Around the World
6️⃣ RDL
7️⃣ Bird Dog
8️⃣ Down Up
Some tips❗️
🔹 Keep your core engaged (think rib cage pushed down)
🔹Posture - shoulder blades down & back
🔹 Try to limit too much movement in the hips on the renegade row.
🔹Remember mind -muscle connection. Think about the movement & the muscles you are working 🧠 💪
